Federal Direct is pleased to announce that we have installed the MCS Perfect Match System in our Torrington, CT plant.
The Perfect Match system offers two very distinctive features that enhance our match mail capabilities.
- Read/Read allows us to read two pieces from a 2D barcode applied during laser printing to produce a two way match mailing.
- Read/Write allows us to read a 2D barcode applied during laser printing which signals the system to write (inkjet) the name and
address to a closed faced envelope. With this option, we can produce a two or three way match mailing.
The Perfect Match inkjet system is equipped with two 2" heads per unit or a total of four addressable inches.
Three print qualities can be achieved: 150x600, 300x600 and 600x600 DPI.
Any TrueType font can be used to apply the address. The Perfect Match system also offers color ink-jetting.
We are also pleased to announce that we are adding two additional high speed Pitney Bowes Flow Master Inserters to take advantage
of the MCS Perfect Match System's full potential while maintaining our ability to insert conventional mail pieces.
