Printing and Distribution Plant, Hazleton PA

In continuous operation since 1967, Federal Direct’s Hazleton facility provides printing and distribution services to our Pharmaceutical, Banking and Retail customers. For the past 40 years we have been proud partners of the United Steelworkers Of America Union.

At over 90,000 sq ft, the plant is located close to major shipping routes along US 81 and Interstate Rt 80 in eastern Pennsylvania.

Our Hazleton plant has robust printing and distribution capabilities:

• Rotary web presses at various cylinder sizes
• Collating equipment for the manufacturing of multiple-part forms
• An Imprint Department that provides personalization and numbering of material via Ink Jet, Impact Printers, and Digital Printers
• A cut sheet Laser Print Department that produces millions of images each month for the Pharmaceutical industry
• Extensive Bindery capabilities
• A complete Fulfillment/Distribution department capable of thousands of shipments per day
• Inventory Management that controls and ships material to thousands of retail, banking and commercial businesses every month.
