JOB TITLE: Marketing Trainee
LOCATION: Clifton, NJ
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
DESCRIPTION: Support and assist our internal Marketing and Lead Gen efforts to support our Sales Team and grow sales through client acquisition.
Responsibilities include: researching target companies; developing qualified leads at target companies; participate in development of internal marketing collateral and processes; maintain companies marketing database; etc. Candidate will work with our Marketing Manager, but also will work closely with our Sales staff and senior management. DEPARTMENT: Prepress
DESCRIPTION: Negotiate and develop vendor relationships for a wide variety of printed (and related) products; estimate print for in-house orders, and create purchase orders, communicate details with vendors and in-house staff. JOB TITLE: Client Service Rep

DESCRIPTION: As the liaison between Federal’s clients/salespeople and our internal team, the CSR is responsible for coordinating and maintaining all aspects of their accounts: timely communication of order status, pricing, inventory info, etc. with the client; providing support and communication to internal depts. for the Sales team; utilization and maintenance of our software systems.
